Fly Your Own

If you have selected the Fly Your Own (FYO) option, you have the flexibility to either make your own flight arrangements or arrange them through Global Travel.

Deviation / Extension via Global Travel

If you are planning to deviate from the convention dates via Global Travel, please read the following information to understand the terms and conditions.

A flight deviation cost of SGD55.00 with 9% GST applies in addition to fare difference, if any.

If you plan to do a pre/post trip extension, please select Pre/Post Trip option and provide your intended travel dates during your registration.

A separate individual flight booking will be made for you, subject to seat availability and fare difference (if any) in the available booking classes by the airlines.

Different booking classes have varying fare conditions and restrictions such as flight times, itinerary change fee, refund, cancellation, baggage allowance, mileage and seat assignment.

You will be offered market airfares at the point of booking.

Your PRU Code will be allocated after registration closes.

Airport transfers are provided only for group flights as per the convention dates. Please arrange your own airport transfers for your pre/post-trip extension.

If you are planning to deviate from the convention dates via FYO option, please read the following information to understand the terms and conditions.

PACS will provide a reimbursement of $600 (taxable) after confirmation of attendance of QCE celebration and with submission proof of e-ticket.

It is important to note that PACS and Global Travel will not be responsible for any flight changes and qualifiers will have to handle the changes on your own.

It is strongly encouraged that you arrange the flights via Global Travel to ensure that your travel plans will not be disrupted.
